The Digital Brand Contract

This Outsourcing Agreement for The Digital Brand Package (the “Agreement”), is effective as of the August 30, 2021 (the “Effective Date”).

BETWEEN:
Local Brand Advisor, LLC (hereafter be known as Service Provider)

AND
Client Submitting Payment (hereafter be known as Client)

RECITALS

WHEREAS, the Service Provider is in the business of search engine optimization, local search optimization, and digital marketing services, commonly known as SEO and Google My Business SEO.

WHEREAS, the Client is in the business of providing services in the United States.

WHEREAS, the Client desires to have increased local visibility and leads for their business.

WHEREAS, the Client desires to engage Service Provider to perform certain search optimization services, pertaining to the client’s website and Google My Business listing.

WHEREAS, the client is desirous of engaging the Service Provider and the Service Provider is willing to accept such arrangement, to provide website development, brand building and search optimization services hereunder described to the Client and referenced in this Contract.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements herein contained, the parties hereto, intending to be legally bound, agree as follows:

Engagement

The client hereby engages Service Provider to provide the following services: THE DIGITAL BRAND PACKAGE Service Provider shall perform such specific research, development, consulting, optimization and implementation as outlined in the Proposal. OTHER SERVICES PROVIDED by Service Provider. Service Provider shall provide and perform such other services, as shall be requested by the Client and agreed upon between the Client and Service Provider, from time to time, at such price and on such terms as agreed. Nothing in the Agreement shall prevent either party from performing, obtaining or hiring such search optimization services at any time in the future.

Specific Performance Engagements

1. Google My Business Optimization (3 Months)
2. Social Branding Accounts
3. Citations & Signal Creation
4. Create Logo (if don’t already have one)
5. Brand and Social Optimization
6. Website Design & Development
7. Premium Press Release
8. Premier Brand Authority Links
9. Tier 2 Links to Strengthen Signals
10. Monthly Reporting for Package Duration

Compensation

For Services described, the Client agrees to remunerate Service Provider the agreed-upon amount according to the terms of compensation as described in the original proposal. Package costs will be paid as a one-time payment upfront.

3 Month Commitment
Client agrees to engage the Service Provider for a period of three (3) months from the date of this agreement. The package length is three months, but package payment is one time, paid upfront.

Governing law

This Agreement and the obligations of the parties hereunder shall be interpreted, construed and enforced by governed and construed by the laws of Pennsylvania.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Agreement with full knowledge of its content and intending to be legally bound by the terms hereof the day and year first written above.
